Tia’s program at Tam Valley school is OPEN and accepting registrations!
In collaboration with TCSD, Tia’s will now be working with West America After Care to continue to bring fun supervised play to the Tam Valley campus after school.
Registration is open on a separate platform. Please sign up here.
Monthly signups will be available where you can choose which days per month you wish to participate. Drop-ins will be available if you need an additional day as a one-off option. Please email to confirm your drop-in date.
We will also be providing coverage for the early release days during conference week for an additional fee. You will be able to select this as an add-on when selecting your November schedule.
Tia’s will continue to offer play-based care after school, where students will have a variety of supervised indoor and outdoor activities to choose from.
Snack will be available daily for students in the afternoon.

Rates:
Annual registration is $25 per student.
1st-5th grade:
$36 per day (early Wednesdays are $44 per day)
Drop-ins available at $45 per day (early Wednesdays are $53 per day)
Minimum day add-ons are $26 per day (12:10 dismissal during conference week)
Kindergarten:
$48 per day (early Wednesdays are $58 per day)
Drop-ins available at $57 per day (early Wednesdays are $67 per day)
Minimum day add-ons are $34 per day (12:10 dismissal during conference week)
Please note your invoice will reflect each day per week you select as an itemized monthly rate and a 3.5% fee will be added to your bill through the platform.
Refunds can either be fully credited to you on the platform, or you can be refunded for a 5% fee.
