OUR PROGRAM
West America After Care was born from a conversation between two lifelong educators. Sensei saw a need in the community for a comprehensive after care curriculum and had always wanted to create a quality after school program for his Tae Kwon Do students. From there, he set about to create the most comprehensive and affordable after school experience in the area. In the words of Sensei Carlon, "Let's create the best aftercare program in Mill Valley!"
Sensei Carlon, Lara Zegart (Director), and the staff provide the perfect blend of support and structure to make sure the children are safe, happy, and able to understand and complete their homework.
The students also have the opportunity to join the West America Tae Kwon Do studio which is only a few steps away. There the students learn the skills of martial arts; patience, perseverance, respect, and how to become leaders in the community.
